Terms of service

These terms are a launch-ready operational draft. Heaventrip Africa must review and validate the final legal wording before public launch.

Heaventrip Africa operates a marketplace connecting customers with partner providers. Partners are responsible for delivering their listed experiences, while Heaventrip Africa provides discovery, booking, payment, notification, and operational tools.

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account or booking. A booking is only confirmed after successful payment confirmation and issuance of the booking confirmation or QR ticket.

Payments are processed through Stripe or Wave depending on the selected method. Cancellation and refund handling depends on the experience policy, operational review, payment status, and any provider-specific constraints shown during booking.

Partners must publish accurate descriptions, prices, media, availability, meeting details, cancellation terms, and safety information. Heaventrip Africa may hide, edit, suspend, or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, or not launch-ready.

Users and partners must not misuse the service, attempt fraudulent bookings or payments, upload illegal or misleading content, interfere with platform security, or harass other users, partners, or staff.
